Weekly Pitcher Rankings: Carrasco's in Cruise Control

Three of the American League's best top the rankings this week as the crop of double-dippers is a mixed bag. A couple of Saturday doubleheaders enhance the choices, but it's still a week where choosing wisely at the back end of your fantasy staff will be crucial.
