Josh Walker News: Scooped up by Atlanta

Atlanta claimed Walker off waivers from the Orioles on Thursday.

The Orioles signed Walker to a major-league contract Nov. 4 before booting him off the 40-man roster two days after that. Now, he's on the move to a new organization. The southpaw has posted a career 6.59 ERA and 31:14 K:BB over 27.1 innings covering parts of three big-league seasons and does not have minor-league options remaining.
