Franz Wagner Injury: Could miss 2-to-4 weeks

Wagner was diagnosed Monday with a left high-ankle sprain Monday and could miss 2-to-4 weeks, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

The Magic haven't released an official timeline for Wagner's recovery from the injury he sustained in the first quarter of Saturday's 106-100 loss to the Knicks, but injuries of this sort typically sideline player for multiple weeks. With Wagner sidelined, the Magic are likely to move Tristan da Silva into the starting five, while younger wings such as Jett Howard, Noah Penda and/or Jase Richardson could gain traction in the rotation.
