Grayson Allen Injury: Now doubtful for Friday

Allen (quadriceps) is now doubtful for Friday's game against the Thunder.

The Suns initially listed Allen as out, so this is an upgrade on his status to imply he's inching closer to a return. With Allen still unlikely to play, Royce O'Neale and Collin Gillespie both remain in the streaming conversation for Friday.
