Isaac Okoro Injury: Ruled out for Friday

Okoro (back) won't play Friday against the Hornets, Chuck Swirsky of the Bulls Radio Network reports.

Friday will mark the third straight game on the inactive list for Okoro, but maybe he'll be able to get back out there for Saturday's matchup with the Pacers. Ayo Dosunmu, Tre Jones and Julian Phillips will pick up the slack in Okoro's absence.
