Manning (concussion) is expected to be a game-time decision for Saturday's game against Vanderbilt, Pete Nakos of On3.com reports.

It looks like Saturday morning will be when Texas' team makes a decision on whether or not to start Manning under center against Vanderbilt, one of college football's best teams going into Week 10. He remains in concussion protocol, a tricky matter that may cause UT to roll out Matthew Caldwell should the heralded prospect not be fit by then.
