Avant had three carries for 11 yards and a touchdown and hauled in 8 of 9 targets for 135 yards during Friday's 42-21 defeat against Air Force.

Avant would punch in a five-yard touchdown for his sixth score of the season, though most of his production ultimately came in the passing game. The sophomore hauled in a season-high eight receptions while leading the Rams in receiving yards. Avant, who found the end zone in three straight games to end the year, will finish the campaign with 417 rushing yards on 90 carries across 12 contests while adding another 261 yards on 24 receptions.
