Maddux Madsen News: Healthy for MWC Championship

Madsen (ankle) will start Friday's Mountain West Championship game against UNLV, Shaun Goodwin of the Idaho Statesman reports.

Madsen will return from a three-game absence due to an ankle injury to start Friday's MWC Championship game. The quarterback's return will send Max Cutforth back to second on the depth chart. Before suffering the injury in Week 10, Madsen accumulated 1,997 passing yards and a 15:7 TD:INT across eight starts. He added three rushing touchdowns.
