Walker didn't play at all during his true freshman season as a wide receiver. Now, he'll move to cornerback, and Vanderbilt head coach Clark Lea explained that the move was for several reasons. "What we recognized in him are skills that could cross over," the coach said. He also indicated that with emerging receivers Junior Sherrill and London Humphreys, the wideout room is getting crowded.
