Romero (undisclosed) was forced off in the 88th minute of Saturday's 2-2 draw against Manchester United due to an apparent injury, according to The Spurs Express.

Romero went down injured late in Saturday's draw against the Red Devils and was forced off in the 88th minute. The center-back will likely be assessed in the coming days and use the international break to try to recover in time for the derby against Arsenal on Nov. 23. If Romero has to miss more time with a serious injury, Kevin Danso will likely replace him in the backline until he returns fully fit.
