Nelson Quinones News: Extends a year

Quinones has picked up his option with Houston for the 2026 season, according to his club.

Quinones will be back with Houston next season, extending his stay with the club after joining the team in 2023. He is coming off a rough spell, as he has been injured for nearly the past two seasons, not featuring until their season finale, playing for 10 minutes off the bench. He started in 24 of his 33 appearances while recording four goals on 36 shots and one assist on 23 chances created two seasons ago when fit, looking to return to that form next campaign.
