Samson Baidoo News: Assists in victory

Baidoo assisted once to go with zero corners and one chance created in Sunday's 2-1 victory versus Angers.

Baidoo has been one of Lens' standout players since joining from Salzburg in the summer. Defensively, he has been a major contributor for a Lens side tied for the fewest goals conceded this season with 12. He has also shown real attacking upside, scoring twice and adding an assist from center back. His assist came from a well-placed through ball to Florian Thauvin, whose shot found the net after a deflection.
