Sheppard will start Wednesday against Denver, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Starreports.

Sheppard is supplanting Jarace Walker in the starting group. Sheppard has averaged 7.2 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 27.5 minutes per tilt over 10 games as a starter this season.
