What are NFL Player Prop Bets?

Commanders at Eagles — Jayden Daniels, Over 222.5 Passing Yards (-110 at Fanatics Sportsbook)

This number is likely based both on Daniels' average passing yards per game this season (209.9) and his two earlier games against the Eagles. That's a positive for those looking to play the over for Sunday's NFC Championship, as Daniels has thrown for 223 ypg in Washington's last five meaningful games. Merge that with Philadelphia's secondary dealing with injuries, though they finished as the No. 1 pass defense in the NFL, and Daniels should hit the over here. In 10 of 17 games this year, he has passed for over 222.5 yards.

Commanders at Eagles — Saquon Barkley, Over 128.5 Rushing Yards (-115 at DraftKings)

The NFL's leading rusher has had games of 150 yards and 146 yards on the ground against the Commanders this season. He will face a Washington defense Sunday in the NFC Championship game that ranks 29th against the run, allowing 137.1 yards per game. Barkley's season average is 125.3 yards per game. He went for 205 yards in the Divisional Round win over the Rams last week.

Bills at Chiefs — Josh Allen, Over 229.5 Passing Yards (-117 at Caesars Sportsbook)

It's not a surprise that this number is relatively low for Sunday's AFC Championship. Allen just posted a career playoff low in passing yards in the AFC Divisional Round victory against Baltimore and threw for less than 200 yards in Buffalo's two most meaningful games prior to that. This week should be different versus a Chiefs defense that Allen threw for 262 yards against in their November matchup. Add that to this possibly being a pass-centric showdown and Allen is a good wager. He averaged 233.2 passing yards per game. KC's pass defense allowed 218.8 ypg and ranked 18th in the NFL.

Bills at Chiefs — Travis Kelce, Anytime Touchdown (+130 at BetMGM)

Despite catching 97 passes this season, Kelce was in a scoring slump for much of 2024 and only had three TDs, well below his career average of seven touchdowns per season. His last two games, though, have shown that scoring slump to be over. Kelce racked up 15 receptions on 19 targets and gained 201 receiving yards in those two contests. More importantly for this wager for Sunday's AFC Championship, Kelce also found the end zone in each of those games, the divisional win over Houston and the Christmas Day win over the Steelers. Buffalo's defense allowed 28 passing touchdowns this season.
