James Akinjo News: Big night vs. Swarm

Akinjo produced 32 points (10-21 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 5-5 FT), two rebounds, 10 assists and one steal in 40 minutes Monday during the G League Grand Rapids Gold's 149-119 loss to the Greensboro Swarm.

Akinjo paced the Gold in both scoring and assists, but it wasn't enough to keep this game close. His production fell off a bit in his previous appearance Saturday, but he's been stellar otherwise, putting up 30 or more points in three of his last four appearances, collecting two double-doubles along the way.
