Kawhi Leonard News: Scores 20 points in return
Leonard (ankle) totaled 20 points (6-13 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 5-5 FT), three rebounds, three steals and two assists across 26 minutes during Sunday's 120-105 loss to the Cavaliers.
After missing 10 straight games due to a sprained right ankle, Leonard made his first appearance since Nov. 3, and while he was a bit rusty at times, he delivered a solid all-around outing even as the Clippers kept his playing time in check. Though Leonard will likely be a candidate to sit out at least one half of future back-to-back sets, he should see his minutes climb over 30 in more competitive contests as he becomes further removed from the ankle injury.
