Kyshawn George News: Drops 15 points in return

George (hip) racked up 15 points (6-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt), five rebounds, two assists and one steal across 24 minutes during Friday's 128-107 loss to the Pelicans.

Back in action after a seven-game absence due to a left hip flexor strain, George turned in a serviceable performance despite contending with some foul trouble. While the acquisition of Trae Young (quadriceps/knee) could have an impact on George's overall value once Young is ready to play, it's apparent that George is viewed as a key piece of the rebuilding Wizards' immediate and long-term future.
