Paul George Injury: Should play Friday

George is probable for Friday's game against Cleveland due to left knee injury management, Adam Aaronson of PhillyVoice.com reports.

This isn't much of a surprise, as George was also listed as probable ahead of Wednesday's matchup against the Cavs. He's played in two consecutive games for the Sixers and should be on track for a third if all goes well leading up to Friday's clash.
