Asaad Waseem News: Lands in West Lafayette

Waseem will transfer to Purdue, per GoldandBlack.com.

Waseem broke out in 2025 with Florida Atlantic after transferring over from Colorado. He caught 66 passes for 699 yards and five touchdowns this past fall, and will now take his talents to Purdue with three years of eligibility remaining. Considering how dire the Boilermakers' needs at offensive playmaker are, Waseem should have every opportunity to start next fall.
