Bear Bachmeier News: Logs 27 completed passes

Bachmeier completed 27 of 38 passes for 325 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Saturday's 25-21 victory versus Georgia Tech.

Bachmeier's 27 completed passes are his new career-high. For 2025, he logged 251 completions on 387 attempts for 3,033 yards and a 15-7 TD-INT ratio. Bachmeier's relatively few passing touchdowns can be attributed to his running game. He also logged 147 rushing attempts for 527 yards and 11 touchdowns, reaching a total of 26 for 2025. Bachmeier has established himself as a top quarterback early going into 2026.
