CJ Carr News: Efficient in blow out

Carr completed 17-of-27 pass attempts for 205 yards and two touchdowns in the Notre Dame 49-20 win over Stanford on Saturday.

Carr only played three quarters and the Irish had plenty of running in the contest that lowered his passing yardage. The redshirt freshman finished the regular season with 2,741 passing yards in completing 195 passes for 293 attempts and 24 touchdowns. He added three rushing touchdowns. If Notre Dame qualifies for the college playoffs, Carr will look to repeat the regular season across the board including the turnover category where he only threw six interceptions.
