Corey Smith News: Seeking new home

Smith will enter the transfer portal, per Max Olson of The Athletic.

Smith spent two seasons at Penn State, but he was more involved as a true freshman than he was this past fall. The tailback totaled 182 rushing yards on 36 carries, and now he'll look for a school with which he can make an immediate impact with three years of eligibility remaining. Smith was a highly sought-after blue chip prospect coming out of high school in Wisconsin.
