Damari Alston News: Lands at Tulsa

Alston will transfer to Tulsa, the program announced.

Alston spent four years at Auburn, but in October of 2025 -- his senior season -- he was kicked off the team after he "failed to meet the standards" of the program, according to former head coach Hugh Freeze. Alston totaled 809 rushing yards, 143 receiving yards and six touchdowns with the Tigers. He looks to have one more season of eligibility remaining and should immediately factor into Tulsa's offense.
