Da'Shawn Martin News: Reaches 91 yards in finale win
Martin reeled in all three targets for 91 yards and one touchdown during Friday's 35-31 victory against Northern Illinois.
Martin was a deep-threat force in the win over the Huskies, leading his team in yardage and recording a second-quarter touchdown. The 6-foot pass catcher will now close out his sophomore season as the Flashes' leading wide receiver. He logged 33 catches for 507 yards and four touchdowns across 11 games, which are all career highs. Martin will now have two years of eligibility to do with as he pleases, and he should remain Kent State's WR1 if he stays with the squad.
