Deshawn Purdie News: Transfers to Liberty

Purdie is transferring to Liberty, per Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.

Purdie will join his third program in as many years after spending the past two seasons at Charlotte and Wake Forest. He was the backup quarterback at Wake Forest this past season, completing 41 of his 82 pass attempts for 618 yards, six touchdowns and three interceptions across eight appearances but could have the chance to competing for the starting job at Liberty.
