DT Sheffield News: Limited to 26 yards

Sheffield logged three receptions (on seven targets) for 26 yards during Saturday's 56-10 defeat to Oregon.

Rutgers' receivers were squelched due to Athan Kaliakmanis' season-low result, os it's n o surprise to see low numbers from Sheffield and the rest of the receiving corps. Although the team's record doesn't reflect it, Rutgers' passing offense is actually quite strong, an Sheffield should be due for a mild bounce-back against Purdue this week.
