Emanuel Ross News: Signs with UConn

Ross will transfer to UConn, the program announced.

Ross spent two seasons at Syracuse, and totaled 15 catches for 188 yards and one touchdown. The 6-foot-2 wideout will now take his talents to Storrs, where he'll have three years of eligibility remaining.
