Emmett Johnson News: Two scores in blowout

Johnson tallied 13 rushes for 78 yards and two touchdowns and caught all two targets for seven yards during Saturday's 59-7 win over Houston Christian.

Johnson found the end zone on a pair of touchdown runs in the second quarter scoring from two and four yards out to extend Nebraska's already insurmountable lead. The 5-foot-11 running back has been a productive force for the Cornhuskers ont he ground through three games this season, running for 326 yards and four touchdowns in that time while adding 11 receptionsf or 41 yards and a score through the air. His next opportunity will come against Michigan on Saturday.
