Ethan Vasko News: Competing for starting role

Vasko is in a two-man competition for the starting role under center along with Ryan Burger, A Sea of Red reports.

Head coach Jamey Chadwell revealed he has narrowed the race for the starting role under center to two players -- Vasko and Burger. Vasko is a transfer from Coastal Carolina but has plenty of experience at the FBS level. He featured in 12 games during the 2024 season, tossing for 2,110 yards and completing 55 percent of his throws while posting a 14:8 TD:INT.
