Grant Jordan News: Stymied in loss to Hawkeyes

Jordan was 9-for-14 passing for 37 yards during Saturday's 47-7 loss against Iowa. He also had eight rushes for -18 yards with one touchdown.

Jordan was completely shut down in the loss to the Hawkeyes, finishing the game with just 37 passing yards. The 6-foot-2 quarterback got the start against Iowa, given that Brandon Rose (undisclosed) missed the game. Jordan did see his second rushing touchdown of the season, but this didn't save his performance. It's unknown which quarterback will draw the start in another tough matchup at Missouri in two weeks before conference play starts up in October.
