Hogan Hansen Injury: Won't play vs. Lobos

Hansen (undisclosed) has been ruled out for Michigan's opener against New Mexico, per Tony Garcia of the Detroit Free Press.

Hansen caught seven passes for 78 yards as a freshman last season, and was expected to be a factor in the Wolverines' tight end room this season. However, he'll have to wait until at least the Oklahoma game to contribute, and more onus will likely fall on the starter Marlin Klein's shoulders Saturday night.
