Iverson Hooks News: Commits to Oregon

Hooks has committed to Oregon, Hayes Fawcett of On3 reports.

Transferring to Oregon is promising for any wideout, especially now that during 2026, UO's starting quarterback will be a proven QB between Dante Moore and Dylan Raiola. During the UAB team's 2025 season, Hooks caught almost two-thirds of 110 targets, logged 927 receiving yards (12.9 averaged per catch) and scored seven touchdowns. At minimum, he should be an above-average wideout despite increased difficulty of P4 football.
