James Peoples News: Joining Nittany Lions

Peoples has committed to Penn State, On3.com reports.

Peoples has been part of a deep Ohio State backfield over the past two seasons. Still, he's been part of the rotation in both seasons. In 2025, he rushed 61 times for 344 yards and three touchdowns while catching 10 passes for 50 yards. He'll join Penn State with two years of eligibility remaining. Peoples will likely serve in a complementary role to Iowa State transfer Carson Hansen.
