Jeremiyah Love News: Short night in lopsided win

Love, who sat out a couple of drives because of an upper body injury, finished with 66 rushing yards on 14 attempts and a touchdown in the Notre Dame 49-20 win over the Cardinal on Saturday.

The encouraging sign was that junior returned to the field after the injury. With the game in hand, Love only had four carries for seven yards in the second half. The junior finished with a career best 1,372 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns in the regular season.
