Scott has committed to TCU, Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com reports.

Scott will join the Horned Frogs after spending his freshman campaign with South Alabama. With the Jaguars, he totaled 24 receptions for 417 yards and four touchdowns. He'll look to take a second-year leap with TCU.
