Carpenter will transfer to Texas Tech, per On3.com.

Carpenter transferred to Nevada after spending three years at Eastern Washington, and had the best season of his career in Reno. The tight end reeled in 33 catches for 374 yards and two touchdowns, and will now cash in on his 2025 campaign by joining the Red Raiders with one more season of eligibility remaining.
