Jenkins was listed as a question mark on the availability report, but it appears he's in line to start for the Panthers. He enters the day with 1,402 passing yards and a 6:4 TD:INT ratio on a 62.8 completion percentage, adding 46 carries for 81 yards and four touchdowns as a runner.
