Kirby Vorhees News: Leads WSU on the ground
Vorhees led Washington State in running with 61 yards on 19 carries, but no touchdowns in the Cougars 24-20 loss to James Madison on Saturday.
Vorhees has surpassed his career best for a season on the ground. With the numbers against James Madison, the redshirt sophomore has 534 rushing yards on 124 carries and four touchdowns this season. Washington State has a return contest against Oregon State on Saturday, Nov. 29. In the first game versus the Beavers on Nov. 1, Voorhees collected 46 yards on 10 carries while scoring the lone Washington State touchdown in the Cougars 10-7 defeat to Oregon State.
