Landry Lyddy News: Gets start vs. Texas State

Lyddy is Southern Mississippi's starting quarterback against the Bobcats, per Caleb Yum of the Austin Statesman.

Lyddy will get his first start of the season in the absence of Braylon Braxton. The redshirt junior quarterback accounted for two total touchdowns last week against Arkansas State in mop-up duty, one via the air and one by ground.
