Landyn Locke News: Starting vs. Delaware

Locke will start Saturday against Delaware, Sam Houston SportsTalk reports.

Locke was in a battle with Mabrey Mattauer for the starting role due to the absence of Hunter Watson (knee). However, the fact that Locke was seen taking warmups with the first-team offense suggests he'll get the nod under center. Locke has made three appearances this season, completing 16 of 33 passes for 150 yards with a 1:1 TD:INT.
