Larry Simmons News: TD in back-to-back games

Simmons had two catches (on two targets) for 39 yards and a touchdown during Saturday's 53-7 victory over Colorado.

Simmons recorded a touchdown in back-to-back games for the first time this season. This touchdown came from freshman QB Byrd Ficklin who made the spot start for an injured Devon Dampier. Dampier was available in an emergency situation and is expected back for the upcoming game with Cincinnati. Simmons has yet to record more than two catches in any single game this year.
