Szarka completed 2 of 3 passes for 34 yards during Saturday's 26-16 loss against Connecticut. He also had seven rushes for 19 yards.

For the second time in 2025, Szarka logged fewer than five completed passes and 40 passing yards. Normally, he would compensate for his lack of passing stats on the ground. That did not happen, as Week 12 marked only the second time this season in which Szarka logged fewer than 10 rushing attempts. Most of the Air Force's carries went to their running backs and fullbacks instead.
