Malachi Fields News: Leads ND in receiving

Fields continues to heat up as the season heads to the college playoffs with 99 receiving yards on 10 catches to head the Irish list of receivers in the Notre Dame 37-15 win over Pittsburgh on Saturday.

Fields also had two touchdowns against the Panthers. This is the Fields that Notre Dame was hoping to get when he transferred from Virginia. It's been a slow slog this season, but Fields will be an asset if the Irish reach the College Playoffs. Notre Dame takes on Syracuse this Saturday, Nov. 22. The Orange defense is near the bottom in the nation against the pass.
