Nick DeGennaro News: Finds end zone in playoff defeat

DeGennaro accrued five receptions (on eight targets) for 90 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 51-34 defeat against Oregon.

DeGennaro connected with quarterback Alonza Barnett on a 47-yard scoring strike in the third quarter, giving the Dukes their first touchdown of the day against the Ducks. The 6-foot-1 receiver therefore finished the season with 28 receptions for 500 yards and five touchdowns across 14 games for JMU on the year. With no remaining eligibility, DeGennaro has played his final collegiate game and will have the opportunity to explore the professional route.
