Herman has committed to James Madison, 247Sports.com reports.

Herman is coming off a stellar true freshman campaign at Drake, where he rushed for 1034 yards and six touchdowns on an incredible 7.2 yards per carry. The tailback will now test his luck at the FBS level with one of the top programs in the Sun Belt. He has three years of eligibility remaining.
