Reggie Virgil News: Two catches against Cowboys

Virgil tallied two receptions (on three targets) for 27 yards during Saturday's 42-0 victory versus Oklahoma State.

Virgil has recorded at least two catches in every game this season. The three targets against the Cowboys were a season low as Texas Tech has experienced some shuffling at the quarterback position. Will Hammond left with a non-contact knee injury which led to Mitch Griffis seeing some playing time. Starter Behren Morton is expected back next week when Texas Tech plays at Kansas State as he was available for an emergency situation this last week.
