Shaun Boykins News: Big day against Kentucky

Boykins had 22 carries for 101 yards and a touchdown during Saturday's 41-0 victory against Kentucky.

Boykins was an afterthought all season for Louisville, but the Cardinals' backfield banged up from top to bottom, the redshirt freshman got an extended look against Kentucky, and he didn't disappoint. Cardinals' tailback Braxton Jennings also ran for over 100 yards as Louisville shredded the Wildcats' hapless defense with ease. Still, Boykins made a case to be in the conversation for the Cardinals' tailback of the future.
