Tayven Jackson News: Quiet in blowout loss

Jackson completed 27 of 33 passes for 178 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Saturday's 48-9 loss to Texas Tech. He also had seven rushes for negative six yards.

Jackson did not get a whole lot going in Saturday's loss, an unsurprising performance against one of the best defenses in the country. He completed nearly 82 percent of his passes though, his best mark of the season, but only threw for 178 yards on a season-high 27 completions. He faces a very favorable matchup Saturday versus Oklahoma State where he will look to bounce back.
