Tristan Ti'a News: Leads way at QB
Ti'a had the most success of the Oregon State quarterbacks for 141 passing yards in completing 8-of-11 attempts and two touchdowns as the Beavers fell to Tulsa, 31-14, on Saturday.
The freshman came in the fourth quarter and threw the two touchdowns. Both the starting quarterback Gabarri Johnson and backup quarterbackMaalik Murphy were taken out of the game as Oregon State struggled on offense. The Beavers do not play until Nov. 29 against Washington State. Ti'a could get the start as Oregon State is looking to see who will be back next season. It will be a challenge since the Cougars defense is in the top 10 in the nation against the pass.
