Var'keyes Gumms Injury: DNP in bowl game

Gumms (undisclosed) didn't play in Tuesday's 17-10 loss to Ohio in the Frisco Bowl.

Gumms missed three of UNLV's last four regular-season games due to injury, and he also missed the MWC title game. He remained sidelined for Tuesday's bowl loss with an unspecified injury. Gumms will end the campaign having caught 11 of 14 targets for 168 yards and three touchdowns.
